Shi Shi is a fully jointed panda standing 50cm (19in) and has been designed for a medium length mohair. The head is a four piece design with the eye markings coloured with a Pantone or similar marking pen. The neck has two joints which makes it very poseable. Armature can be added to the arms and legs if desired. The paws and pads are in mohair with leather pad detailing. The leather can be either sewn flat onto the pads or larger pieces cut to enable filling to be inserted into each pad detail. The panda is a challenging project but the pattern is detailed and easy to follow.
